THE LAST PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE!

In last night's debate Mitt Romney tip toed around the issue concerning foreign policy. Most of what Mitt said, and showed, when the President pointed out Mitt's confusion about previous statements concerning foreign issues was viewed as Mitt back paddling to find dry land. Mitt realized; he was sinking.

Governor Mitt Romney political game is surrounded by the act of manipulation, seeing who can be manipulated to put him(Mitt) in office. Well, I want to be the first to inform you that it will not be my vote.

For the undecided voters, consider "the value of change for the better has always been a cursor," to improve the democratic society. Not letting people( meaning those that oppose) what is right subtract from our right to see what is inevitable, "change," change that is going to come either way.

Folks you have been shown time and time again, Mitt is not for the people who need and deserve better, those who live in poverty and are middle class.

Mitt is a millionaire, just like the Commander in Chief Barack Obama, the difference is Mitt stands for the if the middle class don't make it....oh well..its what Mitt considers to be competitive capitalism, but Obama sees that inasmuch as he is financially settled, every American should get a piece of the pie. VOTE for whom ever your choice is, but make sure you VOTE!

Let your voice be heard on the person You choose to put in charge of our executive level business for me#TEAM OBAMA...good day!

Cycling to Improve Weight

Hello All,  Today- May 22, 2013, I have begun to cycle in order to improve my weight. I realized that cycling without resistance allows me to cycle longer and it's less strenuous. Short term goals- cycle for 15 minutes or more to see if I can lose any weight or burn more calories in a short amount of time. I'll be back to update my progress.             Lavi

Reflecting on Now

Journal Date: June 6, 2017 So imagine that you cannot turn off your thoughts. In my mind, my  memories are like pieces to a puzzle. Some of them fit and some of them do not. At times, when I try to relax my mind, it can be difficult. Nothing seems to work. As I reflect, I realize there are a few things that  I still wish to accomplish in the near future. What is it that I actually remember that is accurate about my life? Well, for one, I have not accomplished all there is and that I have set out to do. Motherhood is one, everything else seems to be a blur. Yet, I acknowledge there have been small wins along the way. Add in a few degrees and what else? Hmm-mm, nothing seems to come to mind right away.  Come to think of it, I have read more books to keep my mind occupied.
